PART 1 - We start with a 1 - 1.5 hour Personal Consultation & Fitness Assessment
The Personal Consultation is an opportunity for you and John to meet each other, build rapport, gather information as it relates to your physical health and wellness, and process the information to formulate an action plan. John will work with you to determine the best options for your success.

The Fitness Assessment is important for anyone thinking of starting an exercise program, or anyone looking to modify an existing exercise program. It will help determine your current level of fitness, identify areas of strength and weakness, and give you a baseline from which realistic goals can be set.
Your fitness assessment may include all or some of the following:
For those clients who are currently physically active, you will receive a partial assessment including the following measurements:

Resting Heart Rate

Resting Blood Pressure

Height & Weight

Personal Measurements
Upon completion of your Personal Consultation and Fitness Assessment, you will be given a physical screening and testing report. The report will contain your results which will be used to develop a program for your success.
PART 2 - Consists of a 1 hour program walk-thru and demonstration of all the exercises that have been included in your fitness program including proper exercise technique, and plenty of opportunity for Q & A.
All potential clients must undergo a fitness assessment or obtain written clearance from a physician prior to beginning any new physical fitness program with The Road to Life.
