Laurie describes herself as being chewed up and spit out by the stressful corporate world.

Laurie is now committed to living simply, not simply living. She strives to define her life without conforming to the societal norms of consumerism and competition and is dedicated to freeing herself and others from perceptions and beliefs that are limiting and cause suffering. She knows first hand that limiting beliefs only block the road to full potential and the achievement of dreams.
